MRV è un avvolgitore rotante che può essere applicato alla fine di una linea di lavorazione o può anche essere fornito come sistema “autonomo” (come in foto). Può essere collegato direttamente ad una trafila o a qualsiasi forma di trattamento del filo (ricottura, pulitura, ecc.). L'MRV può essere utilizzato con diversi tipi di filo (fili pieni di acciaio, fili tubolari o animati, fili non ferrosi) e con cavi.

The amount of generated heat is influenced by an interaction of factors that include the metal composition, surface preparation, and production equipment. Some of the top features of this machine are the high degree of efficiency in cooling, as well as the perfect alignment of the wire between the capstan and the die-box. The dry drawing machinery can be supplied with capstans fitted vertically or horizontally, and the latter can be either normal or tilted. The initial input diameter of the wire can be as large as 15mm, and the machinery can reduce wire down to 0,5mm, all this depending on the many different wire types or alloys that this line can handle.
